A somogyi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Vilmos pécsi püspök, comes capellae petíciójára ennek embere a hites személy jelenlétében Tolke, Zomajon és Mére nevű possessiókat, és azok tartozékait: sessiókat, malmokat, kúriákat a név szerint felsorolt Mére-i nemesek között a kiadványban foglalt módon felosztotta.
