A pozsonyi káptalan jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy amikor 1511. május 28-i petíciójára Cheklez dirutum castrum és a mandátumban felsorolt, hozzájuk tartozó possessiók és vámok birtokába Bazini és Szentgyörgyi Farkast zálogjog címén be akarták vezetni, annak a Kanizsai családbeliek név szerint feljegyzett tagjai ellentmondottak, amiért őket Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) a királyi kúriába a nádor prézenciája elé perbe idézték.
