A jászói konvent, Zsigmond király 1437 december 13.-i parancsára a Szabolcs megyei Twsyr possessióra és vámjára vonatkozó, a jászói konvent 14. keletű, birtokbavezetésről szóló bizonyságlevelét a sacristiában megkeresett parból átírja és az átírást Thwser-i György fiainak: Istvánnak, Mihálynak és Tamásnak kiadja. Csonka szöveg. Alsó részéből 2/3 része hiányzik. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét töredéke. JÁSZÓI KONVENT
