(in vig. Sim. et Jude) in Koloswar. Bathor-i István comes, erdélyi vajda, országbíró bizonyítja, hogy előtte nemes Therezten-i Lőrinc hozzájárult testvérének, Therezthen-i Pálnak a Gombazeg-ben alapított pálos Szűz Mária-kolostornak és a benne élő barátoknak tett adományához, amellyel testvére a Torna megyei Therezthen birtok promontorium-án levő szőlőt, amelyben neki is volt része, átengedte, egyben az őt megillető részt szintén lelkiüdvéért a kolostornak, valamint a benne élő barátoknak adományozta. - Hátlapján a lap alsó szélén: Fassio Laurentii de Therezthene.
