V. a. Elizabeth vidue. A garamszentbenedeki konvent Azzwpathak-i Hencz Mátyás (sic!) részére előkeresi és átírja II. Lajos király 1516. dec. 4-én Budán kelt birtokbaiktató parancsát és a konvent erre tett 1517. ápr. 30-án kelt jelentését.
