A budai káptalan jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy Wezele-i Miklós királyi ember a káptalan embere, Márton pap, a Szent András oltár igazgatója jelenlétében júl. 14-én megidézte Bayna-i Both Ferencet és a másik Both Ferencet Zodo nevű birtokukon Bayna-i Both András horvát, szlavón és dalmát bán özvegye, Kolorawth-i Kossachky János kir. kamarás felesége, Anna ellen az idézés napjától számított 32. napra új ítélet meghozatala végett.
