Perényi Imre nádor tanúsítja, hogy a Bayna-i Both Ferenc felperes és Anna, Both András horvát, szlavón és dalmát bán özvegye, most Kossanczky János kir. kamarás felesége között folyó per tárgyalásán, máj. 25-én Székesfehérvári (de Alba Regali) Márton udvarnok bemutatta II. Ulászló király 1515. május 22-én kel parancslevelét. Ezt a nádor oklevelébe foglalva átírja Both Ferenc alperes kérésére.
