A kapornaki konvent jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy Wenthe-i Márton nádori ember a konvent embere jelenlétében Zala megyében nov. 28-án vizsgálatot tartott, majd megidézte Kethyda birtokon Kanysa-i Jánost és Arthanhaza-i Jánost (Bayna-i) Both Ferenc ellen az idézéstől számított 32. napra.
