A ZenthEmreh-i Sebestyén fia György és Gwthor-i Magnus László perét, amelyet ezek a budai káptalan tanúvallatásról és inszinuációval történő perbehívásra szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben a nyulakszigeti apácák és Buda-i Farkas László, meg az apácák 103 jobbágya ellen a királyi perszonális prézencia előtt indítottak, ”rationabili de causa” Szt. György nyolcadára (máj.1.) halasztja.- Piros viaszú zárópecsét maradványa. – Hátlapján jobb alsó sarokban: Lecta. LÁSZLÓ 5 KIRÁLY
