Az országnagyok december 17-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanuvallatás tanui bizonyították, hogy Nadasd-i Tamás özvegye: Krisztina és testvére: Pál a mandátumban foglalt hatalmaskodást elkövették. – 3 zárópecsét h. – Csonka szöveg, első hajtásnál 2-3 szónyi hiány. Hátlapján a címzés le van ragasztva. NYITRA MEGYE
