Nyitrai káptalan jelenti, Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia Péter – György nevű testvére és ennek fiai nevében is – részüket a Bars megyei Welxhych possessióban a hozzátartozó szőllőkkel együtt Zelesen-i Gáspárnak, Gymes vár várnagyának 24 arany forintért a visszaváltásig elzálogosította.
