A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Reghy-i Chama Gergely, akinek Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János, testvérei: Forgách Péter és György részeit a Bars megyei Zenche possessióban ezek tudta és beleegyezése nélkül zálogosította el, e részeket a Forgách Péternek és Györgynek visszaadta. – Hátlapján zárópecsét nyomai.
