Garai László nádor a budai káptalan tanuvallatásról, perbehívásról, restatutióról és inszinuációról szóló jelentésében foglalt, az olasz Zano felesége: Erzsébet és Pan-i Péter felesége Margit asszonyok, felperesek és Gwthor-i László meg név szerint felsorolt társaik alperesek között folyó berben a restatutió lefolyásáról szóló jelentés bemutatására kitűzött Vízkereszt nyolcada (jan.13.) terminust ”rationabili de causa” Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztja. – Hátlapján kanc. felj. – Zárópecsét töredékével.
