A garamszentbenedeki konvent előtt Gimesi Forgách Péter a neki Hédervári Lőrinc által megítélt esküt 7. magával Szent Mihály nyolcadán (okt.6.) Guti Ország Mihály ellenében letette arra vonatkozóan, hogy ennek Chuda várában székelő várnagyai és familiárisai Nyr possessiójából (Bars m.) 80 mérő búzát szállítottak el erőszakkal a nevezett várba (Bars m.) /3 mérő búza ekkor egy aranyat ért./. – Kitöredezett zárópecsét.
