I. Ulászló király Liptó megye nemességének. Értesíti a megyét, hogy a körmöcbányai ”cultellus” ez évi dikáját /Lucrum Camere/ Gimesi Forgách Miklós fiának Jánosnak deputálta, meghagyja egyben, ne gördítsenek akadályt az elé, hogy ennek megbízottai a megyében a szokott dikát, minden öt porta után 1 arany forintot behajtsanak. – Pecsét alatt piros viaszú papírfelzetes rány. p. – Hátlapján egyk.: ”Lyptouien”. ULÁSZLÓ 1 KIRÁLY
