A nyitrai káptalan miután Hédervári Lőrinc nádor 1446 július 7-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanuvallatáson kihallgatott tanuk vallomásai bizonyították, hogy a mandátumban foglalt hatalmaskodás úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszos előadta, Forgách Jánost és Imrét Pogran possessióból (Nyitra m) Forgách János ellenében Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug.1.) a nádor elé perbe idézték. – Zárópecsét nyomai. – Hátlapján feljegyzés a per további folyamára.
