Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János felperes és Guti Ország Mihály alperes között a korábbi perhalasztó kiadványokban foglalt tárgyban folyó perben az oklevelek bemutatására kitűzött Jakab apostol nyolcada (aug. 1.) határnapot a hadrakelés és a bárók távolléte miatt Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztották. – Piros viaszú zárópecsét helye. – Hátlapján: ”Lecta”.
