Gimesi Forgách Péter fia János 25. magával letette a neki Bátori István országbíró által megítélt esküt arra vonatkozólag, hogy nem küldte Lewe possessióban lakó, név szerint felsorolt jobbágyait Egerwar-i Balázs Chetetekhel nevű possessiójára és itteni jobbágyokat nem veretett meg és házaik ajtóit nem törette fel.
