4. d. Dominici. A zobori konvent Garai Miklós nádornak jelenti, hogy 1431. június 20-i parancsára Nyitra megyében foganatosított tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy a hatalmaskodások úgy történtek meg, amint azokat a mandátum tartalmazza, illetve amint azokat a panaszosok előadták. Eredeti, papír, zárópecsét maradványa. Mivel a mandátum napi kelte f. IV., és a két feria teljesen azonosan van írva, így itt a napi keletnek nem V.-t, hanem IV.-t vettünk.
