15. d. f. III. p. Ambrosii. A zobori konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy miután az 1429. február 14-i parancsára Nyitra megyében, elsősorban Gymes possessió szomszédai kozött megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt panasz jogos voltát bizonyította, így a hatalmaskodó Kolon-i Andrást név szerint felsorolt Kowachy jobbágyaival együtt Gimesi Forgách Miklós fiai ellenében Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.) a királyi prézendia elé perbe idézték.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) ZOBORI KONVENT
