Buda. 39. d. oct. Epiphan.Garai Miklós nádor a nyitrai káptalannak. Berench-i Gergely fia, István, a Nitra megyei Berench possessiója határai megállapításánál bejelentett ellentmondás miatt a nádori prézencia előtt pert indított Gimesi Forgách Péter és Imre ellen. A pert az alperesek ismételteni meg nem jelenése miatt 1426-1429. között ismételten elhalasztották és a legutolsó meg nem jelenés után most ismét elrendeli a nádor Gimesi Forgách Imre alperes Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.) történő perbehívását.Hédervári Lőrinc nádor 1437. június 5-i parancsából. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) GARAI MIKLÓS NÁDOR
