A nyitrai káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy az 1425. február 13-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy a hatalmaskodás úgy történt meg, amint azt a mandátum tartalmazza, illetve amint azt a panaszosok előadták.
