Buda. VI. p. Corp. Christi. Nánai Kompolt István országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Lévai Cseh Péter egy részről, és Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János mester, meg e Forgách Miklós özvegye más részről kölcsönösen megszüntették egymás közti pereiket, azokra vonatkozóan egymást nyugtatták és a vonatkozó peres leveleket érvénytelenítették.
