A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Gimesi Forgách Péter fia Forgách György a maga, édestestvérei és atyai nagybátyjai nevében eltiltotta a saját és társai atyját olyan egyezség megkötésétől az esztergomi érsekkel, hogy annak jobbágyai György és társai Gimes várához tartozó vámjain nem kötelesek vámot fizetni.
