Nánai Kompolt István országbíró a Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János által a nyitrai káptalan tanúvallatásról és perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt ügy miatt az esztergomi érsek ellen indított pert általános királyi perhalasztó parancsra Vízkereszt nyolcadára (január 13.) halasztja.
