A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy a Kysthapolchan-i Péter fia: Gyulának is nevezett Márton által, a garamszentbenedeki konvent perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt tárgyban Kysheche-i Mihály ellen indított pert a felek Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztották.
