A zobori konvent Zsigmond királynak jelenti, hogy az 1426. november 19-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanúvallatásnál kihallgatott tanúk vallották, hogy az erőszakos jobbágyelhurcolás úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszosok előadták, illetve amint azt a mandátum tartalmazza.
