A pert, melyet Berench-i Gergely fia István a Nyitra megyei Berench possessio határainak megjárásánál bejelentett ellentmondásuk miatt Gimesi Forgách Péter és Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János ellen indított, mivel Forgách Péter a Szent Mihály oktávájára (okt. 6.) kitűzött tárgyaláson nem jelent meg, András apostol nyolcadára (dec. 7.) halasztja Garai Miklós nádor.
