A zobori konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy miután 1425. július 12-i parancsára a Nyitra megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy Forgách György a mandátumban foglalt földfoglalást elkövette, őt Pogran possessióból (Nyitra m.) Márta asszony és Forgách János meg István ellenében Szent Mihály nyolcadára (szept. 29.) a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
