A nyitrai káptalan Zsigmond királynak jelenti, hogy a király 1425. július 12-i parancsára Bars megyében, különösen Fenyewkostholyan possessio szomszédai között megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy az útonállás és kifosztás úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszosok előadták, illetve amint az a mandátumban foglaltatik.
