A nyitrai káptalan bizonyságlevele a Felswzewles-i Tamás fiai: Dénes és Gáspár, valamint Dénes kiskorú fiai között egy részről és Felswzewles-i János fia Pál között más részről a Nyitra megyében, a Cheten folyó mellett fekvő Felswzewles possessióban bírt részeik felosztására vonatkozólag a fogott bírák közvetítésével létrejött békés egyességről, amelyben a birtokot a kiadványban foglalt módon három részre osztották.
