Buda. 8. d. Nat. Joh. Bapt. Mária királyné meghagyja a nyitrai káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Kozmal-i Forgách Miklós fiait: Balázst és Jánost, valamint Kozmal-i Forgách Andrást fiát: Pétert a Nyitra megyei Gymes vár és annak Gymes, Kysgymes, Kyfalu, Chythar, Pogran, Mehnye, Belech, Kysbelech s a többi név szerint felsorolt tartozékai birtokába bevezesse, mert a vár királyi adomány címén őket megilleti.
