Mária királyné meghagyja a garamszentbenedeki konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Kozmal-i Forgách Miklós fiát: Balázs étekfogó mestert, édestestvérét: Jánost, meg atyai nagybátyját: András fiát Pétert királyi adomány címén a Nyitrai megyei Ghymes vár és tartozékai birtokába bevezessék.
