A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Forgách Miklós fia András és Kozman-i András fia János Gymes nevű váruknak s a hozzátartozó összes villáknak, meg a Komárom megyei Zeek nevű possessiójuknak elfoglalásától és másoknak történő eladományozásától I.
