Bebek István országbíró Tezer-i Ponich fia Balázs felperes által testvére megölése miatt indított perét Sarou-i Bede fia Péter alperes ellen Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztja el, hogy a közbeeső időben az alperes ilyen súlyos ügyben (in tam arduis causis) testvérei véleményét kikérhesse.
