III. a. Purific. Litt. impignor. A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Treuthel Miklós fiai: János, László, Miklós és Ferenc nevében ezek ügyvédje a Pest megyei Pardyw possessiójukat 400 forintért a visszaváltásig elzálogosította Loránd comes budai polgárnak; az elzálogosítók kötelezték magukat, hogyha Loránd comest a birtokban nem tudnák megtartani, akkor azzal egyenlő értékűt adnak neki a Buda civitas mellett bírt javaikból.
