Szécsi Miklós országbíró a Mykola-i András és Zoudou-i Berec között az utóbbi által Mikola possessio határai megjárásánál nyilvánított ellentmondás miatt folyó pert ”ratione prioritatis termini” Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja.
