Bude. 8. d. oct. Pasce. Litt. adjudicat. et prorog. Druget Miklós országbíró abban a perben, melyet Forgach András indított Pop testvére: András ellen, aki ellene mondott Forgách Andrásnak a Bars megyei Zelepchen possessióba történő statuciójának, a felperes jogbiztosító oklevelei bemutatása céljából új határnapnak július 1-jét tűzi ki és addig a pert elhalasztja. Át van itt írva tartalmilag a nyitrai káptalan (1355. március 5-i) perbehívásról szóló jelentése (eredetije Dl 58536. jelzet alatt).
