Perényi Imre nádor oklevele. Az Eperjesi Patócsi János és Harazth-i Ferenc között folyt perben ez utóbbi részére megitélt, eskütársaival a sági konvent előtt december 15-én leteendő tisztító eskü terminusát fogott bírák, főleg Somi Jósa temesi comes közbenjárására a felek a következő Reminiscere vasárnapra /február 16./ halasztották. – Szöveg alatt jobbról kanc. felj. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú csonka rányomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
