A budai káptalan jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy miután az 1495. április 14-i parancsára Pest megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszos előadta, illetve amint az a mandátumban állott, a hatalmaskodó Chev-i Tamást és társait Chev és Waytha nevű possessiókból Harazthy Ferenc ellenében Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) inszinuációval a királyi perszonális prézencia elé perbe idézték. – Csonka zárópecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
