A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Zápolyai István nádornak, hogy 1498. július 18. alőtt kelt parancsára Bars megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint azt a nádor mandátuma tartalmazta, ezért a hatalmaskodó Harazthy-i Ferencet és feleségét: Anna asszonyt Nag Saro possessióból a panaszos ellenében Szent Jakab ünnepének /júl.25./ 20. napjára inszinuációval a nádori prézencia elé perbeidézték. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
