Nyitrai káptalan II.Ulászló király 1493 jan.2-i parancsára Gimesi Forgách Félixet, Pétert és Gergelyt királyi adomány címén – a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében – ellenmondás nélkül bevezették Gimesi Forgách Albert Komyathi oppidumban és Gymes-ben, illetve ezek tartozékaiban levő részei birtokába. – Hártya – Töredezett f.p. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
