Elrendeli a tanuvallatást Gimesi Forgách Péter panasza tárgyában, amely szerint Nadan-i Zsigmond és Zelesen-i István – felbujtóik kívánságára – a panaszos Nyitra megyei Komyathy oppidumban levő házára törtek, ott Thehen Gál familiárist félholtra verték, tőle 100 aranyat vettek el, a kuriából pedig 100 aranyat érő kupát és ”duo picaria argentea” vittek el.
