Garamszentbenedeki konvent I. Mátyás királynak. Miután a Pálóci László országbíró 1468 március 16-i parancsára Bars megyében kihallgatott tanuk megerősítették, hogy minden ugy történt meg, amint a panaszosok előadták, Forgách Jánost és társait Kozmal és Fys possessiókból a panaszosok ellenében Szent György nyolcadára /máj. 1./ a királyi prézencia elé inszinuációval meagidézték.
