A Gimesi Forgách János és fiai: Benedek és Gergely, meg Péter panasza ügyében tartandó tanuvallatásra kiküldött szolgabíró jelentette, hogy Chorna possessió tanuként kihallgatott szomszédai bizonyították, hogy Baradyan-i Benedek jobbágya: Kysmania-i Jacuda a panaszosok Chorna possessio határában levő eresztvényerdőjét felgyújtotta. – Szöveg alatt 2 rányomott csonka pecsét.
