A nyitrai káptalan jelenti, hogy Mátyás király 1465 junius 29-i parancsára a Nyitra megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszos előadta, illetve, amiint a mandátum tartalmaza, ezért Forgách Jánost, Pétert és társaikat a Nyitra megyei Cythar possessióból Jakab apostol nyolcadára /aug. 1./ a királyi perszonális prézencia elé inszinuációval megidézték.
