A király a rebellisekhez állott és az országot tűzzel-vassal pusztító, ezáltal hűtlenné vált Zych-i Balázs részeit a Somogy megyei Zych és a Zala megyei Zayk possessiókban, valamint bárhol másutt és a magszakadás folytán eladományozhatóvá vált Tolna megyei Byroth predium desertum-ot örök jogon Kereztwr-i Bochka Miklós fiának Lászlónak adományozza. – Szöveg felett jobbról: Commissio propria domini regis.
