Buda. 8. d. Joh. a. Port. Lat. Zsigmond király a veszprémi káptalannak. Bochka-i János fia, Miklós, felesége: Márta asszony, fia: László és mostohafiai: János és Vitus kérésére elrendeli ezek bevezetését az őket minden jogon megillető Veszprém megyei Kapwrew possessio és a benne szedni szokott vám birtokába.
