4. d. Corp. Christi. Budai káptalan. Lachk fia Miklós mester, a királyi aula miles-e bemutatásában és részére privilégiális formában átírja IV. Béla király 1255. június 25-én kelt privilégiumát. Az átírást azért kéri quia predictas litteras regales propter viarum discrimina et timorem inimicorum ad sua negotia peragenda in hac parte de loco ad locum movere formidaret.
