Dominica p. Mathei. A garamszentbenedeki konvent kiadványa. Apaty Jakab, az elhalt Miklós esztergomi érsek testvére, mivel külföldre akarja áttenni szállását (ad quartes extraneas) és nem akar tovább Magyarországon maradni, ám a tervezett úthoz nincs elég pénze, ezért a Vas megyei Ozko öröklött possessióját – a bizonyságlevélben foglalt feltételekkel – Kunigspergh-i Emych comes unokájának: Miklósnak 1500 forintért zálogba adta.
